What These Terms Cover and Who They Bind

By creating a 999kp account you confirm you have read and accepted these terms in full. They govern every session, every wager, every fund movement, and every communication between you and 999kp where local law permits. We may revise these terms and will notify you via the email address on your account before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after

the stated effective date means you accept the updated version. If any clause is found unenforceable in your jurisdiction, the remaining clauses stay in force. These terms are written in English; in the event of a translation conflict, the English text controls. Your account and all funds held within it remain subject to these terms until the account is formally closed.

Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.

Common Questions About These Terms

These terms bind you the moment you complete account registration. By submitting the registration form you confirm you have read the current version in full and accept all clauses as stated on that date.

We send an email to your registered address at least seven days before any material change takes effect. The email states which clauses changed, what the new wording says, and when the updated version applies to your account.

If you do not accept the updated terms, you must close your account before the effective date. Continued login after that date is treated as acceptance. Contact support before the deadline to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.

Funds in a suspended account are frozen pending investigation. We aim to complete reviews within five business days. If the investigation finds no breach of these terms, your funds are released and your account access is restored.

Yes. All fund movements — including JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay and Raast withdrawals — are governed by these terms and the Fund-Handling Schedule. Processing windows and verification requirements are set out in that schedule.

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction stated in the governing-law clause, and disputes follow the escalation path in our Dispute Resolution Procedure. Where local law in supported Pakistani regions imposes additional rights, those rights are not diminished by these terms.

Submit a closure request through the account dashboard or by emailing our support team with your account ID. We process closures within two business days, release any remaining balance to your nominated payment method, and confirm closure in writing.
